    A/V Codec Issues With 13.0.1.6

I updated from 12.1.1.3 to 13.0.1.6 today, despite not being sure I wanted to, but there are other issues I hoped the new version would cure.

This thread is about 13.0.1.6 refusing to allow Intel Quick Sync to be chosen for any of the video decoder or encoder options, even though 12.1.1.3 still allows that choice for most of the decoder/encoder options. "Intel Quick Sync H.264 encoder cannot be supported by your graphics card" and "Note: To enable Intel Quick Sync technology, you must switch to Intel HD Graphics" are the messages. Of course it doesn't tell me how I should switch to Intel HD Graphics.

All drivers are up to date and I've checked the NVIDIA settings to make sure the app has the integrated graphics chosen (I think this worked in the past for the same issue).

    Any ideas?

I’m still using 12.1.1.5 and I have made many blu ray burns using the Lightning Shrink option, but recently that has changed to using the much slower Conversion One Pass. I have tried changing the options to Lightning Shrink but it stated that my graphics card did not support it??
The Intel 770 card hasn’t changed, so is has the DVDfab program changed?

I am also curious if the hardware requirements of the later versions have changed. If so, I can continue to use version 12 and ask my further questions based on that version.

V.12 allows me to check Lightning-Shrink, tho I have never used it and v.13 does not allow me to check it. Possibly just more buggy BS with a newer version?

My laptop's graphics are fairly current (Intel UHD Graphics 630 & NVIDIA GeForce MX150) and have the current drivers. It's not a desktop I can change out the graphics card.
