DVDFab won't run after update to version 13.0.1.8

I had DVDFab 13 working properly on Windows 11 ARM running in Parallels Desktop on my MacBook Pro M1 until I updated to version 13.0.1.8.
When I try t start the application using the shortcut on the Windows Desktop or in the Start Menu, I briefly see a small circle turning near the cursor but nothing happens.
I removed the application, deleted its data folders under C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local and C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming, and re-installed the application.
Nothing seems to work.
I have a perpetual license for Windows because the Mac version of DVDFab produces below par video quality when shrinking BD50 blu-ray content (movie only) to BD25 (see my pending ticket, created 2022-09-21 06:54:43).
Can someone please help me get the latest version of DVDFab 13 running?

I'm having the exact same problem. Task manager shows it running for a couple of seconds, then status goes to "Suspended", and the program stops running. I've tried re-installing v. 13.0.2.9, doing a clean install of Windows 10. Still can't get it to work!

I'm not sure what I did to solve this issue. I'm not sure if I had help from DVDFab or if I simply uninstalled DVDFab completely (including cleaning op the Windows registry) and re-installed it again.
It is working (again) for me and I just updated DVDFab to the latest version. No issues anymore.
