Blu-ray Still waiting to get Chapter selection ripping to work since Version 10 or 11

In the past I would select only the first few chapters or a selection of chapters to verify subtitles were correct, or to test a ripping setting.
The Chapter Selection feature has not worked in years.

I am attaching logs and screenshots of two DVDFab versions that show I have only 5 chapters selected, but the whole movie gets ripped.

Can someone confirm this still doesn't work and finally fix it.
