the AC/DC plug me in is a 2 disc dvd set that I copied to my hard drive years ago with DVDfab ( i do not recall which version). today I tried to burn a disc from the hard drive and the folders do not load in full disc copy mode. I tried to re copy using the dvd discs but they will also not load. the folders and the discs play using playerfab. Other folders stored on my hard drive and discs load without a problem. I have tried DVDfab version 12.1.1.5 and 13.0.3.8 the dvd set is from Australia

You may try cleaning the disc and then disabling PathPlayer in “DVDFab > Common Settings > DVD > Pathplayer” to load the disc again and see the result.

I disabled pathplayer as my first option and was able to burn a disc from the hard drive.
it seems that my settings get changed when I update the software. would it be possible to get the developers to incorporate reverting users settings to the previous state after an update? I am getting increasingly forgetful as I get older, and though I used to be able to recall many of the solutions to tweak the software, I now struggle and would much prefer not to have to bother people such as yourself with the need to help because of my failing capacity.
