I spent a lot of money of DVDFab, and it just seems broken in relation to the UHD Creator feature.
So I used to be able to create UHD blurays at the start. But for quite a long time now, I've just not been able to do that. Instead moving to other UHD Creator software(s) to do what DVDFab cant.
See, when I try to process 4K video files into UHD format, the progress ALWAYS freezes. Out of all the files I put to be processed to the disc it never gets past the 2nd file, in the beginning it'll freeze at a low percentage (Like 4%) and showing the "time left" as 0. After awhile, if you leave it, it'll move again and progress to 99% and just stop there for good, it wont move any further and always saying the "time left" as 0. I've left it to churn over-night and no progress is made further.
I spoke to customer support and they said to change the renderer to software rather than using my GPU. I did and nothing changed. UHD discs just freeze with me.
