Audio Offset on Dolby Digital Plus

    Hello,

I'm having a problem creating MKVs with Dolby Digital Plus audio. The audio becomes increasingly out of sync as the recording progresses. I'm having this problem with Avatar 2 and Luca, among others – only with the German audio track in each case. The English DTS audio track is synchronized.

    Settings:
Video: MKV H.265 High Quality / Simple Encode
    Audio: Copy

These are all original Blu-rays. The audio problem occurs in various players (PowerDVD, Kodi, PotPlayer). I can provide log files upon request.

    Best regards

I sent a Feedback through feedback window but there is not possibility to add a file. Will it automatically be added?

      Kind regards

Please run the latest v13045 and re-encode the audio (do not use Copy Audio) to try it again and see the result.

For the other audio tracks, using “Copy Audio” should be fine. The development team needs to schedule time to check the Dolby Digital Plus issue.

So i need to rip it twice and merge it afterwards? Because i can't copy and re-encode at the same time
