How do I pick conversion settings for Encoding/Audio/Video/Subtitles individually ??

Is there a way to convert Blu-ray without using a preset profile?
By that I mean I want to choose all the settings manually rather than having to use a preset profile.
I want to choose [ MP4 | H265 | variable height 1080p | DTS or AC3 or passthru | EN ]
but I cannot find a setting for that - the [ MP4 | H265 | HEVC ] setting gets me the "variable height 1080p" but seems to drop the subtitles

Hello,

After you choose the MP4 H265 profile, you can adjust the audio and subtitles settings in the Advanced Settings window.


About "drop subtitles", did you try to enable subtitles for playback? We will need more information to look into it.
