DVDfab pulls wrong tracks when making ISO image

Using DVDFab 13.0.4.3, I'm trying to make an ISO image of a bluray disc I have. If I use Copy->Full Disc, and then click the ISO button I get an ISO image that has the wrong track as the first part of the main movie. I get the same results if I use Copy->Full Disc->Main Movie.

The disc is a set of TV shows, and contains four episodes. I expect the tracks to be Episode 1, Episode 2, Episode 3, then Episode 4. What I get is one of the extras instead of Episode 1.

Nothing I have tried will get me an ISO image of this disc correctly.

If I go in to "Ripper" and select every track, I can get all four episodes and all the extras, so I am confident that the video for the episode is on the disc someplace it's just being pulled in wrong by "Main Movie" or the ISO ripper.

The disc is "Doctor Who Tom Baker Complete Season One" Disc Four, "Genesis of the Daleks".

What can I do to get an ISO rip of this disc which contains all the episodes?

Try using CLONE/BURN mode. That way you'll get [everything] as presented on the disc including the menu's. 1:1 ratio with nothing lost. Whenever I make a back-up copy of any of my Blu-ray's I always use CLONE/BURN mode. Save as iso file but copy via CLONE/BURN, then burn to a blank blu-ray using imgburn. If you do burn your iso to a blank disc, you'll likely need to use a bd-r dl (Verbatim I recommend) if you want to keep 100% of the quality without compressing for burning to a single layer blank (again, Verbatim). Then playback using the saved disc menu, the episodes will then play in order.

But if you merely want to playback directly via the saved iso file, again, open it and play the episodes using the disc menu.

    Good luck.

Aha, that's got it! Some 600 discs I've done differently and all the Bluray have had an unneeded conversion step. Drat.

Thank you for your help, that has my disc copying properly and loaded up onto my NAS the way I like them. Yay!

        Glad I could help.

I guess you'll be busy for the next several months then, re-doing your 600 discs!!
