DVDFab keeps crashing when trying to select titles to rip

DVDFab keeps crashing when I try to select the titles to rip. The Bluray has about 97 titles, but I've never had this issue before. It loads the disc, but then crashes when I click the "Choose Other Titles" button. I've tried closing and reopening the app. It consistently crashes only when clicking the button on this BD only. I've ripped several other discs today and had no issues.

I even tried making an image of the BD and loaded that in DVDFab, but still ran into the same problem.

I can load the BD in PlayerFab and play it just fine.

Please go to C:\Users\xxx[your computer name]\Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13, and delete the Log and Temp folder to rerun DVDFab and see if it will make a difference.
