Did you try to run it as administrator? Can it be fixed?

yes ran it as administrator, still get nag message, please see screen shot. Have previously uninstalled, made sure folder gone from Program Files (x86) and also run CCleaner. Rebooted and reinstalled from downloaded file DVDFabDownloader2206.exe

RESOLVED. I uninstalled and removed personal settings, cleaned and then also deleted the folder with log file in it. Reinstalled and fixed, all resolved. I think the action of "also deleted the folder with log file in it. " fixed it.
