CBS Does not work

I am able to get to a download file for CBS through the program, however, the download never happens, it says it is downloading, but the "Total Speed" reads 0B/s regardless of how long I wait for it to start.

nevermind, it just took forever to start downloading the file, it works just fine once it finally processes everything.
