I’ve been using your software since the days of DVD Platinum. I took a chance based on my experience with your other products because I know you won’t disappoint. I’ve learned to be patient and the results will come. I purchase lifetime license as an investment and it’s paid off for me.Not literally but as a hobby of wanting to have my own copy of a title to tide me over until the title is available on Disc. I’ve successfully downloaded a movie and it’s plays just fine in your player and VLC. I look forward to future enhancements. Thanks guys, have a fabulous New Year!

WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
