    Amazon - determining geographical region

    Hi,

    It's great to see Amazon support added - many thanks.

    I note, when I click through to it in DRM Downloader, that it takes me to the Amazon.co.uk webpage. Perhaps strangely, I actually have two Prime subscriptions - one in the UK, and one in Australia (where I am currently residing). Is there a way to choose between these? I'm not quite sure how it's detecting the UK account; I don't have a VPN running.

    start the Amazon webpage, click the change country/region setting to the right of the search bar
    at the top

      Hi,

      You can also switch to primevideo.com from Common Settings. See the screenshot.

      And I think that you may not change the Windows country setting, it should be UK althrough you are in AU now.

      For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
      For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
      Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.

        Aha - don't know how I missed that setting toggle - many thanks!

        And yes, I deliberately have my computer set to the UK still - but that explains why it defaulted to amazon.co.uk
