Forced Subtitles

Hi, I have been downloading a series from Netflix where there are forced subtitles in english when the audio is in spanish. These forced subtitles appear when viewing from Netflix but are not present in the downloaded MP4 file. I believe I read somewhere that this feature is not available yet but is in the works. Can someone please confirm this? Thank you.
