I have just purchased this and on the trial version I was able to have sound on download preview, was also able to set controls on it, with the purchased, I am able to download but no audio during preview and no control when playing, turning on/off subtitles and etc.? After download it plays ok, though, but no subtitles are remux into either!

During the playback, did you set the Subtitle?
If you did set it, please give us a link to the video and send us the drmdownloader log file, thanks.

Don't start the batch download right away and you can change the audio and CC settings.
