Netflix does not work at all

I just purchased DRM Downloader for my PC. Been using other DVDFAB products for a long time. Netflix does not work at all. Gets Oops Something went wrong message. The other three sites work fine other then they do not copy subtitles.

Please specify the movie and post the log file so that we can check the Neflix issue and no subtitle issue with the other 3 sites issue.

I made a mistake. It is HBOMAX that doesn't work. I tried downloading Suicide Squad this morning and I got the Something went wrong message. I attached the log.

I downloaded the movie Extraction from Netflix. It has subtitles. No subtitles downloaded. I attached the log.
