For the times when the downloader only downloads the video and not the srt subtitle file, can there be an option to have a checkbox for "srt subtitle only"?? This way, if the video file is good, you can go back in and get the subtitle files without having to re-download the movie. thank you, and keep up the good work.

there has been a couple stragglers on netflix as well (for instance The Blacklist, S03E14), that is why I am hoping for this feature request, so additional bandwidth doesnt have to be used to download the mp4 a second time just to get the srt files. You guys are doing a phenomenal job though, so dont take this as a complaint.

As a quick workaround: I've found that the subs get downloaded first before the video itself, at least with the "separate SRT file" option. So what I do when subs don't download for some reason is to copy the completed video fie from the output folder to somewhere else for safekeeping, then start the download again. Wait a few seconds then cancel the download, but keep the browser window open.
Now look in the "temp/outputTemp" folder in your default install location. Most likely there will be a SRT file there, which are the subtitles you want. It probably has a temporary name (ie. not yet named after the movie itself) but otherwise will be fine and can be copied out to your main movie folder. That way you don't have to download the whole movie again.Comment
