DvdFab Downloader 3.0.2.2 won't work, shows this message, "video analysis failed."

DvdFab Downloader 3.0.2.2 won't work, only shows this message, "video analysis failed,"
when trying to download an mp3 audiobook file.
What does this mean? How do you fix it? And, I don't have the DRM version.
