DRM Downloaded v3.1.0.3 Disney+ doesn't start

After performing an online update to DRM Downloader v3.1.0.3, the Disney+ module immediately closes after launching. see the attached logs....


EDIT: Just used the offline installer and Disney+ now starts up fine.
