No Audio stream from Amazon

I am not getting any audio from Amazon. have had this problem for a while now, going back over the recent updates.

as you can see from the screenshot the audio stream is empty...




have also attached the log files. would appreciate someone taking a look.

just tried AAC - stereo stream works fine, so it's 5.1 not being added to the final output.
