This impacts both v3.1.0.3 and v3.1.0.4.
I hadn't been downloading from Netflix lately, but today I queued up a few after upgrading to v3.1.0.4 and ran into this issue. Thinking it might be a 3.1.0.4 bug, I uninstalled it, and re-installed v3.1.0.3 and tried again. The same issue happened so I grabbed these logs which are from v3.1.0.3 (which is why I picked v3.1.0.3 when creating the topic.)
The Run Time on the download doesn't match the Run Time DRM Downloader listed, and is shown in the "Finished" task queue
As you can see, it doesn't happen on every file.
When playing back the file with VLC, Windows Media Player, or DVDFab Media Player v3.1.0.2, the run time matches the "file on disk run time", however when you get to the "DRM Finished tab run time" the player ends.
