no subtitles for downloaded Apple TV mp4 files

Hello,

I downloaded the lastest verision of DRMDownloader V3.1.0.6(WIN), I tried to download a TV shows name "Calls" use Apple TV Downloader, after downloaded there's no subtitle files, then I made some changes for my apple tv account, at last I can download almost all language subtitles files but cantonese (chinese), I can download Japanese subtitles, english subtitles, even the language I can't understand but chinese...

Attach is the log files, please help to found out what problems it is...

cannot download cantonese (chinese) subtitle for a TV shows name "Calls"
