Cannot dwnload from Amazon Prime Video (france localization)

All in the title. I tried several videos, it worked when I have bought the software, now it fails every time I try to download something.

I tried with men in the high castle (prime video) and with plot against the america (from OCS channel).

Do I have to create a support ticket or it is a well knowed problem ?
