HBO Max Problem with some titles

Hello i want to download Raised by Wolves and recieve an error, i try all the day and same problem, test with other titles and download ok, any idea why?
Sorry my software in spanish I can play wihtout problem the serie in chrome or firefox

yes i have the same problem, with all series and movies, iam from Peru South America

the problem is with latin america, i test with vpn and can download Raised by Wolves without problem from USA, of course only in english not solve the problem, hope devs can fix this soon

Now cant connect at all to hbomax (can with browser) any notice about this?

Please try the latest 4.0.0.3 and feedback with the latest log file.
Also, what VPN did you use?

hbomax now available in my country, not need to use VPN to watch but cant download any tv series, v 4.0.0.3 or the new 4.0.0.4 same problem, every new version solve 1 problem and 10 new appear lol
