Framerate stuttering downloading Standard from Amazon

When I download standard-definition movies from amazon I experience framerate/skipping/stuttering issues, but when I do HD movies they come out fine. ANy assistance on getting these correctly?

It seems it does it with HD versions too. Only one of the HD downloaded without any issues, after that one everything else downloaded from Amazon stutters

Double Trouble, Girls! Girls! Girls, Harum Scarum, Live a Little, Love a Little, Spinout, are titles that produce jitter/skipping

I updated to version 4.0.0.6 but the same problems exist. I have uploaded the latest DRM log The video is almost unwatchable. Just a simple download of a free standard definition Prime video. Doesn't even work for a basic video.
