Refund of money, why do they close tickets?

Why do they put so many why to return the money ??? It is supposed to be a serious page and gives the possibility of returning the money in a period of 30 days, I have raised tickets because it does not work for the stream I want, I have raised tickets with logs in the forum and on the portal and they only say that Download the new version, that is not a solution, I have been asking for money back for 4 days and they only close the tickets saying that I download the latest version! What else should be done so that they comply with what they say!

For now, only customers can Close a ticket at DVDFab Member Center > Ticket. You can go to the Closed Ticket tab to check all the records and reply to that ticket to reopen it.
