Netflix downloads restart in the middle of downloading

Downloads will sometimes slowly download a title and in the middle of the download it will completely restart from the beginning. Sometimes this results in a download taking an hour or more since it keeps resetting itself.

Is Tomorrow/S01/Tomorrow_S01E02_Fallen Flower 2 the one you have tried before and countered a problem?
