StreamFab Amazon failing to analyze correct video links

StreamFab fails to analyze stream links correctly for this Amazon Prime title: https://www.amazon.com/57TH-ACADEMY-...dp/B09RQKW584?

Only link it gets is for "Performances Only", and nothing shows up for the actual show or Red Carpet. And the link that it did analyze apparantly has a length of 0 seconds.

Can you view the actual show if you log in to your Amazon account through a regular browser?

have you tried refreshing the page? I know that sometimes SF does this, and refreshing the page works, in my experience.
