    Amazon Download Failure to Analyze (v5.0.32)

    Hello,

    Just bought the newer version of STREAMFAB and unfortunately, I get the error message below right off the box. All the movies and all the series are doing this error message. I would like to UPLOAD my logs but do not know wich files to upload and I am block by a 2 megs max files.

    Note:

    -- I am using Windows 10 latest build;
    -- I am using Streamfab latest version, wich is 5.0.32;
    -- I did try to uninstall and re-install;
    -- I did try to uncheck use GPU hardware accelaration;
    -- I did try to update my video driver...
    -- My playback seems to be working but I do get a message that it can't display HD or something like it.


    None of these helped.

    Please use the Feedback feature in StreamFab to submit the log file, or you can send the log files to our contact email. Thanks.

      I have two questions.

      1) Wich files in the LOG FOLDER I need to SEND?

      2) Lastly, the feedback option in STREAMFAB doesn't have any ATTACH FILES option.

        Normally, we need the one named StreamFab, but for Amazon-related issues, it'd be better to submit all the log files.

        The Feedback box will automatically attach the log files when submitting.
