Amazon Prime videos either don't download or download at 360p

I have tried downloading several titles from Amazon. Sometimes they show as unable to download or they show as 1080p (and 3+Gb of size) and then won't download until it gets to 360p or less. Many times it errors out with an error code of 10003. If anyone can help me with this, I would be greatly appreciate it. I have attached the log from this morning (streamfab and QEF)

Please update to the latest v5035 to have a try. In our test, the latest version works.
