Netflix only works with email address and not with phone number

When using a VPN for watching and downloading from Netflix, I receive an error message on Netflix USA wich says that I'm logged in with a phone number and not an email address and that Streamfab only accept email addresses. The problem is that I'm not logged in with a phone number ...

I have the same problem
VPN+StreamFab = exit from acc
VPN (the same) + any browser = video work
