Downloading from Disney does not work

Downloading from Disney does not work even though I am a subscriber with you and them I deleted this path and it didn't work. Delete C:/Users/"Your Computer ID Name"/Documents/DVDFab/StreamFab/Temp/*.*

Please offer us more detail about the failure, related screenshots, and the StreamFab log file is needed.
