YT video DL attemp getting error "expected string or bytes-like object"

BEFORE YOU TELL ME TO DELETE THE TEMP DIRECTORY IN VIDEOS and APPDATA ROAMING, and REINSTALL, That has been done allready.

YouTube chrome COPY LINK, then DL window apprears, it looks like its analyzing the video and getting error

720P fails, changed to 1080P and video downloads. Very Very strange.
