I anyone else unable to download subtitles, either embedded or as an srt, on YouTube?
I haven't been able to do this since last year!! I put in a ticket on it and got the usual brush off--either wait until they fix it (what they said last December); or revert to an older version. Since it hasn't worked for at least SEVEN MONTHS!!
I need these things because I wear hearing aids, but even with them, human voices are difficult to understand.
Note that I don't have this problem with VIP services.
Stream Fab is very good at adding new services; if only they could get the present ones working properly I might be inclined to purchase more.
As it is, I just have to hope they wake up to the fact that you get more return customers by treating the current ones with some respect.
