Peacock Downloading Subtitles/Closed Captioning

Why is Peacock adding in subtitles/closed captioning when I have it selected to not download it? Not sure if this is happening to anyone else but for me it is on every download. It does not do this with any of the other downloads from Amazon or Netflix.

Here is the log that I believe you need to see or might want to look at closer. If that is the wrong log file, let me know and I'll send the right one.

The last movie was Uncut Gems, but I've tried numerous other titles and also the Rutherford Falls series does this as well.
