Apple TV+ Failure accessing video information

Recently I was asked to re-log on to Apple TV+ and confirm that this was a trusted browser. Since then, I've been unable to download anything from Apple TV+, getting the error message:

Failure accessing video information. Please make sure that you can play back the video.

Well, I can play back the video - I just can't download anything.

Any suggestions?

Please clean the temp and cache files and then try again and see the result.

If still have a problem, please feedback with the latest log file for checking, thanks.

Cleaning temp and cache files caused it to re-log in and confirm the trusted browser. After that, results were identical.
