1) I started with the primevideo.com setting, which I used for Prime Canada - since it worked I never changed it to amazon.com.uk. until you suggested it - that's my current setting, but it makes no difference in fixing this issue.
(FYI, I set up the account about 6 hours before your servers crashed last Thursday, and had no trouble downloading. Once they were up again, I had no trouble going forward - Prime UK work(ed) just fine on the primevideo.com setting.)
2) When accessing Prime UK, I'd already set up my account and logged in using Chrome and a VPN, so next I started StreamFab, opened Amazon, and logged in with my Prime UK email and password.
3) Got the "watch on Amazon.com.uk" message, per usual
4) Clicked on "Go to Amazon.com.uk to watch" and got "your prime video is coming up" - also expected, this will take me directly to the Prime browser.
These steps are usual if StreamFab has shut down and opened again.
All that changed some 9 hours ago, when "go to Amazon.com.uk to watch" now produces "It's not there" with a different url:
5) Now the only way I can bring up that "your prime video is coming up" window (so far) is to go to the dropdown menu underneath my profile name, and select "manage my account."
I didn't have the correct url when I was first trying to get to the site, but copy/pasting it might work - as well as being a more efficient way to get to the site.
6) Then I select my profile, just like when HBOMax or Netflix asks who's viewing the account before you can access the site.
7) FINALLY, access to Prime UK. About damn time, too.
Et viola! Until the download ends and I'm kicked out of the site and have to do the entire bloody process all over again, that is.
