Prime UK can't connect - are you SURE the server issue is fixed?

As of an hour ago, whenever a download in my queue finished, StreamFab would kick me out of Prime UK (even in the middle of browsing). Now it's become impossible to get the site back in the browser to either resume downloading or browse and make a selection - selecting "go to Amazon.co.uk to watch" results in an invalid URL and "it's not here" - of course it won't redirect to Prime, so I get stuck in an endless loop.

I can backdoor it by clicking on "manage my account" and then my profile as to "who's watching" and then get redirected to the site that way, but to have to do this for EVERY SINGLE DOWNLOAD? Especially when I'm trying to DL a series?

Using a VPN, but I'm having absolutely no problem accessing Prime UK on my browser.

I can't download anything from Netflix, I pay them 21 € a month and it doesn't work with this program, what's up with this, every week it's another provider that's broken.

Hi Wilson - Thanks for responding. I've been using primevideo.com to connect with Prime Canada earlier this month (can't connect any other way, auto is no good) and with Prime UK for the past week, no issues. Can you tell me why it's now stopped working?

And why Online Help has been taken away?

It actually does, but you need to have an Amazon account in whatever country you're trying to access, or else have Amazon move your existing account to that country. Ditto for Netflix, which StreamFab has major problems with when the account is in another country and you're trying to access with VPN.

So you mean I have to pay another 139.00 to AMazon, I dont think I can do that . But that's not Fabs fault so I will stop complaining. I am sorry Wilson.

Not at all - Prime has a 30-day free trial for new accounts, and even if a month isn't enough for you to be a tourist in whatever country you choose for free, you could always do it all over again - or just pay per month, as you're not required to plunk down a year's subscription rate! You do need a card like Amex to set up a "foreign" account as domestic bank ones can be kicked back, but I'm sure there are sites that will help with that.

Netflix, unfortunately, has no free trial, so you have to commit to at least a month and a foreign currency fee that your card will charge you.

UPDATE: the only difference it made is that a second episode in queue downloaded, even though I was still kicked out of the site after the first episode finished downloading - I'm not sure I can initiate another download of a different series without re-connecting to the site.

"Go to Amazon.co.uk to watch" still redirects to "it's not here" and then back again in a loop - I can only re-access the site through "manage my account" and selecting my profile to pull up the "your prime video is coming up" window, and a valid redirect link to the site.

                      Hi,

As I know, if you want to access Amazon CA Prime Video (primevideo.com) and Amazon UK Prime Video (amazon.co.uk), we need the different amazon account in both website.

And when downloading the video, it will access the website and get some information again for downloading the video in StreamFab.

We can use the same account for Amazon US/UK/DE/JA Prime Video, but it must be the another account for Prime Video (primevideo.com) CA, IT, FR etc other countries.

Btw, your local bank card should be used for subscrip the Prime video of other country, but you need to add an address of other country first.

If you want to access Amazon Prime Video CA, you need to log in with the Amazon CA account and connect the VPN, and the account must be different than your Amazon UK account.

Hi Wilson - I'm well aware of that, which is why I have a Prime UK account.

I'm sorry to contradict you, but StreamFab is NOT "accessing the website" as far as the browser and download queue is concerned as of several hours ago - not without my having to go through managing my account and then my profile to get a window that will load Prime UK.

I've been able to access Prime using that UK account (except for the down time during the SF server crash) with no problems this past week - it's only about 3 hours ago that I began to be kicked out of the site in the browser and started getting that "it's not there" redirect.

As I said, you can't access Amazon Prime Video from primevideo.com when log in with your Amazon UK account.

Amazon Prime Video UK is on amazon.co.uk.

You see, I log in my Amazon US account at primevideo.com from Edge browser, and Amazon give me the same message, it shoul be the behavior of Amazon, not StreamFab

Hi Wilson - I think you misunderstand the issue. That message is NOT the problem - it's that StreamFab can't produce it, so that it's not possible to proceed to the site through "watch on Amazon". Try accessing your Prime US account with StreamFab and see how sucessful you are, especfially after a download.

I'm logged into a Prime UK account, using a VPN, and have no problem streaming the site contents through a browser. Prime has yet to log me out of the site on Chrome, or present me with the redirect message since I first logged in, so it appears that this is a StreamFab error, especially as the software has been kicking me out of the browser window with every completed download, even if I was actively using it.

This is the intro message that DOES appear when I'm kicked off:

Click image for larger version Name:	Screenshot 2022-09-29 19.52.42..png Views:	0 Size:	166.9 KB ID:	415667

The message YOU just posted is what SHOULD appear when you click on "go to Amazon.co.uk. to watch." But that's NOT what's been appearing for the past 6 hours.
What StreamFab has been producing is THIS:

Click image for larger version Name:	Screenshot 2022-09-29 19.52.31...png Views:	0 Size:	111.2 KB ID:	415668

I can assure you that "It's not here" is ONLY now being generated by StreamFab - it's NOT an error that occurs in Edge or Chrome. Selecting "go to Prime Video home" takes me back to the first image I posted, which then results again in "it's not here."

I can ONLY bypass what is an endless loop and get that "your prime video is coming up" message which you showed by going to "Manage my account" in the dropdown menu next to my account name and selecting my profile. AND I HAVE TO DO THIS EVERY TIME TO DOWNLOAD A VIDEO.

As you can see, the url that StreamFab SHOULD come up with in order to continue to the site - the same redirect message you showed - is completely different from the "it's not there" url that it's now generating. (The url is not visible in full in your image.)

Click image for larger version Name:	Screenshot 2022-09-29 20.35.14..png Views:	0 Size:	164.8 KB ID:	415669

This "it's not here" error occurs if the region is set to UK (amazon.co.uk) or Prime Video (primevideo.com) - the setting makes no difference.
