Disney+ account "locked"

Hi,
yesterday was the second time it happens..

When downloading from disney plus in some days I found the account "locked" or that need attention..
For example when logging in, a email pin confirmation was required (I don't have 2FA) or I couldn't open the site from web.

I think that this are action spring from the 50 downloads from streamfab in very short times (for example videos on low quality and quick remux).

suggestions: What abount insert a customizable delay between downloads? or make the download limit customizable downward the max?

I've done this manually when sites are having this problem, DL'n each one manually with a slight time gap between each DL, having it scripted would be great. Disney+ is the worst streamer for activating devices as it is, one of my TV's still isn't activated as they won't accept just the password/username, as a side note.
