Viki - Browser Problem

i've been wanting to download a little something from viki for a while. only it tells me that the browser isn't up to date. i've also reinstalled streamfab, but that doesn't seem to do anything either.

what exactly is the problem? it seems to work for others.

I sometimes get that message briefly, but the program still moves forward and I can download without problem. Underneath that top image in your post showing the browser issue there seems to be something else that asks you to do something...with three steps and then a blue button to push which reads partially 'now' Do you know what that is telling you to do, perhaps that is the problem???
