Series link on Paramount+

Trying to download ANY episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds on Paramount+
No matter how I try, it only loads the trailer. It will not allow me to download any actual episodes.
Any ideas?

Problem! Can't even bring up the trailer.

Now this is strange, as it's only the trailer for me (series 1). Clicking on ANY video for series 1 does not work, yet you seem to have it.
I log in directly to paramountplus rather than through Amazon.
Are you the same, and is there any settings I need to amend I wonder

Just weird - it also wont download the trailer! (not that I want it to)

I subscribe directly to Paramount+.

I have two different version numbers for streamfab, and its the same for both.
