Crunchyroll Crunchyroll no download possible

I already tried to provide feedback, created a support ticket, but I have not been taken serious.

I updated to the latest version, but Crunchyroll downloader selection window does not start at all. Instead the video started. (first vidieo of a series, or selected video)

I as well de-installed, and re-installed, but no effect
Amazon Prime works, Netflix works, it´s only Crunchyroll
Could You do me a favour, maybe there is a hint to get it back to function?

Thank you for Your reply, do you know if or when crunchyroll downloader will be fixed? It lasts for half a year now...

We have fixed A failure problem when analyzing Crunchyroll videos in version 6.1.2.2 and then in 6.1.2.9 fixed "A failure problem when downloading certain Crunchyroll videos."
Do you still have downloading issues with the latest version just released? v6.1.3.0？
Please provide a link to the video and the latest log file to better check, thanks.
