I still get the "something went wrong" screen when trying to download a show (see snap 1). However, if I wait long enough, the downloader will download the file. However, when trying to play this, it's unplayable (snap 2).

I have tried clearing the cache and temp files, logging out of and back into Max - no go.
The files (I've tried downloading more than one show) look exactly like the previously unplayable Hulu files reported here (https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/softwa...eos-not-usable).
Are others who reported a previous problem with Max (https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/softwa...k-in-analyzing) still having a problem?

Find a TV season you want and instead of clicking on it directly click on the 3 dots and view info. I've had to do that at times. Tried the three dots method, but the outcome was the same. I then took the radical step of completely uninstalling streamfab and reinstalling. I then tried downloading several shows, but the sequence is the same: I got the “something went wrong”screen, followed by the file download, but the files are unplayable. I am stumped and will have to leave this to the development team.
Question: do those of you who aren’t having problems with the max downloader have the ad free or ad supported plan?

I just realized I am having the same issue. Everything I've downloaded since Max started working again, (or so I thought), looks the same as cyberdave03's screen shot. The files playback what looks like the correct length and byte size but with no audio and an everchanging color tapestry in place of every episode's video. What a waste of time that was!
