Max stuck in Analyzing

I downloaded a few movies without issue. However, Band of Brothers and The Pacific would not even launch the pop to scan the shows, or bring up episode list

Was able to download another show. Stuck analyzing again. Shut down, waited half hour. Able to download another show

I managed to download 11 movies and TV episodes without issue. Then all additional downloads failed. Any chance Max is limiting the number of allowable downloads?

Failures included forever analyzing, skipping the video and going straight to the audio download (and then failing), and just abruptly failing following the "Analyzing."

Yes, 6.1.2.7--new update available today. After successfully downloading 6 more videos, it failed immediately after attempting to download "Horrible Bosses 2." Attached is the log file.

Note: After pausing all downloads to write this post, I restarted the batch downloads. This time, it immediately downloaded Horrible Bosses 2 -- without the Analyzing phase -- and it was successful.

By the way, the Downloaded list is now filled with hundreds (perhaps thousands) of single-item entries. They appear to be prior HBOMax downloads that the updated StreamFab has unsuccessfully attempted to merge with the new Max downloads.

Also, previously set Scheduled downloads for HBOMax aren't working. They are being checked, but it's unclear whether they're checking the new Max or defunct HBOMax site.

I too am getting stuck on endless analyzing

The new module is a little flakey. I downloaded 8 out of 10 movies, 2 failed. I shut down SF and restarted it, one of the two downloaded, the second failed again. I had to add another movie, shut down SF and then restarted and the second one downloaded as well as the one I added before SF was shutdown. It appears to be working, but, like a said, it's a little flakey- so, try and shut down SF, wait about 10 seconds and restart it. Might help.

6127 now connects to Max, but nothing I click on works. Either I get the message,"Something went wrong" or, as above, it gets stuck at Analyzing Video URL. And this also after I completely uninstalled and reinstalled Streamfab using Revo Pro. StreamFab.log

I get the same with 6127 on Max. I can add to the queue but nothing actually pulls down, always "Something went wrong"

6127 Allows me to put movies and TV episodes in the cue but when I press download it very quickly flashes "download configurations" then "accessing video information" which are all zeros, fails and then quickly repeats those on-screen flashes for all the downloads until it gets to the end at which time it opens up the "Max Downloader" of the last movie or TV series that failed. Totally useless and a waste of time.

I can see when it is analyzing the flash you are seeing. I walked away from the puter and 2 episodes dl after about an hour of analyzing. May modules including max need some work.

Are you all downloading HBO Max videos from non-USA regions? Are the caches Cleaned?

U.S. here.

6.1.2.8 (just released) is working well so far. Just downloaded the two new Season 3 episodes of The Righteous Gemstones, and they went very quickly and smoothly.

The only minor issues so far are: (1) that StreamFab issued a popup warning twice demanding I log into my Max account before selecting material to download -- even though I'm still automatically being logged in when I click the Max icon; and (2)not a huge deal, but it still immediately displays an error page when attempting to download either of the two Sarah Silverman comedy specials.

I'm pleased with the continuing improvements.
