Simply not true. I, and apparently only one other person, had a problem with the Max downloader. The staff went above and beyond to help me fix it.
BTW, if your “another program“ is what I think it is, it turns out their Max downloader doesn’t support the ad supported plan. Do you know what they suggested as a fix? “Upgrade to the ad free plan“. Now there’s a group that doesn’t give sh*t about their program or its customers.Comment
