Stuck at "Setting up download configuration" window. Hulu not logging in.

I am trying to pick up where I left off yesterday downloading NCIS episodes from Amazon. When I start the downloads, all I get is a popup reading "setting up download configurations" and it just spins and spins and spins. I walked away for a bit and when I came back an hour later, it was still spinning......

Also, Hulu is not letting me login from Sytreamfab so it keeps failing.

I rebooted, but no help. My next inclination is to do an uninstall/reinstall, but wanted to check here before I went to that extreme.

Please delete the two folders and then run StreamFab to try again and see the result.
