You will always get that error using a VPN.

StreamFab works fine with VPN for Amazon, Hulu, Disney and Max but for Netflix, you need to use a Proxy or a DNS service.

I am in Canada and season 19 of Grey's Anatomy isn't available. If i use my NordVPN, SurfShark or ProtonVPN, i doesn't work.

But when i use my DNS service, Season 19 shows up and i can download it no problems:

Oh and before you ask why some shows work and others don't, it's because some shows (like Spy Ops) are shows made by Netflix and those are available in every Netflix region.

Grey's Anatomy is not a Netflix show so certain seasons are only available in certain regions. Season 19 is only in the USA region and since NordVPN is not working with Netflix anymore, that is why you can't download it.

Yes, this is true, can you share what DNS proxy you are using that does work? Anything is better than a VPN that doesn't do what bought for.

I use 3 of them just because it's so cheap but my default one is GetFlix.com, I stopped using SmartDNSProxy.com because their support is worse than a certain Chinese company we all know.

I actually just started the free trial of dns4me.com today and i like the fact that they support a ton of sites and you can set the region individually. Most DNS services give you something like 4 channel groups and you set the region of each group. So you wouldn't be able to say have Discovery+ USA but FoodNetwork Canada. With dns4me, you can.

Hi, thnks all for replying to my post. Already try using Getflix.com DNS and it really solve my problem. I now able to download Grey’s from Netflix (eventhough some episode is not in output folder but shows downloaded from SF - will try redownload again).

                Thanks so much!
