6.1.4.3 Failing to Get Subtitles from MAX

Whenever I go to download a title from MAX, it initially fails and the home page shows the MAX "Something Went Wrong" page. The title is still at "Waiting to Download", though, and after a few seconds Max starts a successful download of the video and audio streams. However, it is unable to get the subtitles.

This is happening consistently. I upgraded to the latest version and cleared out the tmp file to see if that would help, but it didn't make any difference. I've attached a StreamFab.log for the movie :"Room".

About this "Something Went Wrong" page， please just ignore it, as long as the download process can go through, it's okay. We will check the subtitle problem.
