Netflix Main@L4 vs High@L4 ?

the High@L4 file is 2.51 gb and the Main@L4 is 4.18 gb
what is the difference between them and which is better for netflix ?

Personally, I'd stick with main. Netflix has a habit of shorting episodes on quality. High is a more efficient encoding method as long as your player
likes it...all is fine. Trial and error may be best with Netflix.
