I just did a complete clean install of UniFab 2.0.0.2, and it STILL defaults to using the Documents folder on installation without giving the use any option to chose a more appropriate location. THIS IS BAD AN NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Interesting - that option is so small and dim that I never even saw that - but it still does nothing to solve this problem. It lets you choose where to put the program files, but there is no option for specifying what directory to use for all the crap it puts in the Documents folder. THAT is what needs to change most.

2.0.0.4 This problems is still not fixed!! I did a total removal of UniFab and a clean install from the Offline installer, and it STILL CREATED UNWANTED FILES IN THE \Documents directory!!!!
WHY do you insist on inappropriately putting files in the users \Documents directory??????? JUST STOP IT!!
This is not hard to understand or fix - just put an option in the installation dialog to allow the user to say were the log and temp files should be placed!

2.0.0.5 THIS PROBLEM IS STILL NOT FIXED!!!!
I did a complete removal of UniFab. including the appdata and configuration. I then REMOVED the hated \DVDFab folder that you put in my \Documents directory. But when I reinstalled UniFab 2.0.0.6 from the offline installer, your crap was BACK in my \Documents directory!
STOP DOING THAT!!!! YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS PUTTING ANYTHING IN MY \DOCUMENTS FOLDER!!!!! That folder is NOT APPROPRIATE for you to use for ANYTHING! STOP IT!
STOP IT!
STOP IT!
Either put your crap in \appdata where it belongs, or give ME the option to change it during installation!

I have to agree with Mauser.
Several times I've had to deal with problems caused by the install putting stuff into the Documents directory.
Most recently it was running out of space in OneDrive since its association with the Documents directory seems to come back all by itself from time to time.
Please avoid installing stuff in the Documents directory or at least give an option at the beginning of the install to change it.
